The Style Notes are something you’ll be seeing a lot more of. We’ll be taking local figures, style icons and fashion enthusiasts and placing them behind the camera. We aim to uncover true Bournemouth style, bring you the movers and the shakers and provide an insight into the lives of some of Richmond Classics most treasured friends. This is RC Style Notes.
To start as we mean to go on, the Richmond Classics web team hooked up with local COCOLOCO promoter and all round party boy, Tom Green. Being an old member of the team, Tom was more than happy to talk us through his own style, places to party and what he loves about RICHMOND CLASSICS.
Hello Tom! Hope you’re doing alright? Tell us what you’ve been up to since you left RICHMOND CLASSICS?
T: Alright! Since Ieaving, I got a job with club and lifestyle promoters Cocoloco! It’s been amazing, but I miss the RC team. There are some great people in there and it’s a shame I only really see them now when I’m working!
How would you describer your own personal style?
T: Clean-cut, fresh and colourful.
Could you talk us through what you’re wearing today?
T: Well since the sun is almost out, I thought I’d put my sky blue Monkee Genes on, team it up with a nice graphic tee (Friend or Faux) and complete it with my new Air Max 1′s.
Who are some of your style icons?
T: Mario from TOWIE wears some pretty nice pieces, not saying that he’s my style icon, but some of his gear is pretty decent!
Which RICHMOND CLASSICS brands are you really into at the moment?
T: Really like the Norse Projects stuff, clean and very well done. Friend or Faux tee’s have cool graphics for the summer and I’m well into my trainers at the moment! Air Max 1′s boy!! Just found these Qee tee’s in here too! Pretty decent!
Who what is your favourite night in Bournemouth?
T: Still feeling the effects from lastnight at Bonsai Lounge! The club has been re-fitted and it’s looking amazing! Top music and everyone is out!
Where will you be going this weekend?
T: Back to Bonsai with the Cocoloco guys! Time for Round 2!
Whats on your ipod at the moment?
T: #deeeeephouse!!! Seth Troxler’s recent podcasts and DJ Zinc’s Nexx!
And lastly what does the future hold for you?
T: Hopefully a summer season somewhere abroad! Im thinking waking up, on a beach, cigar, pina coloda and a nice looking bird, maybe?
