Returns & Replacements
Please note that we cannot guarantee that replacement items will be in-stock. We will contact you to discuss if there is an issue with your replacement item.
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have the right to return whole/part of your order within 7 days from date of delivery for full credit or refund less any applicable delivery charges or 14 days for an exchange.
It is your responsibility to return any such items in a pristine saleable condition in their original box and packaging including the Returns/Exchange Form filled in completely and included with the item/s sent back.

Ordering
When you have completed your order a confirmation is sent to your registered email, when the item/s are dispatched another email notification will be sent which includes your tracking number. As a Richmond Classics Associate you can check your order status anytime by simply clicking on the "My Account" link in the navigation bar at the top of every page. From there, you will be able to view information about your order/s. From here you can also update your account information.

Shopping at RichmondClassics.com is safe and secure. We process all transactions with PayPal. Utilising Paypal's Payment Pro technology payapl Safeguards your financial and personal information. Whether you use your Paypal account, or enter your credit card directly during checkout we gaurantee your transaction and financial information will be safe and private.
