Returns Policy (Online Sales Only)
Extended Christmas Returns Policy
Our extended Christmas returns policy is now valid. You can now return online purchases up until the 8th January 2016 for a refund or until 15th January 2016 for an exchange.
Note: Please return the item(s) to us in their original condition with un-removed labels. We will inspect the item(s) and will issue a refund or process an exchange on the day of receipt of goods. Refund timescales may vary so please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement. We are NOT responsible for the postage costs of returning an item, unless the wrong item was sent.
For your own security and benefit, we strongly recommend that when sending you item(s) back, you use a 'signed for' delivery service, such as Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery and ensure the package is adequately insured. We are not liable for any packages lost in the post and do not accept an responsibility for an item(s) until a member of our staff has signed for the package.

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase online for any reason, you have the right to return whole/part of your order within 7 working days from date of delivery for full credit/refund less any applicable delivery charges or 14 working days for an exchange.
It is your responsibility to return any such items in a pristine saleable condition in their original box and packaging including the Returns/Exchange Form filled in completely and included with the item/s sent back. (Your returns form is located in the Documents Enclosed wallet on the front of your order)
You will be wholly responsible for the return of the goods and any associated costs of return.
Goods received back incomplete, damaged or in any condition other than saleable, will be returned to you and the cost of return carriage charged to your account.
Unfortunately we can't accept any underwear, swimwear or studded jewellery due to hygiene reasons.
You can exchange goods within 14 working days from the date of delivery. It is your responsibility to return any such items in a pristine saleable condition in their original box and packaging including the Returns/Exchange Form filled in completely and included with the item/s sent back.
If you would like to exchange an item, we will send the item back out to you free of charge using on of our normal delivery methods.
Please check whether the item you require for an exchange is in stock before sending back. If the item you would like to exchange for is out of stock/unavailable, if within 7 days from date of delivery, we will issue you a refund. If it is within 14 days from date of delivery, we will issue you a credit voucher/code.
Cancellation of Order
As Richmond Classics aim to dispatch orders received before 12noon the same day, if you require cancelling your order, you can do so before 12noon on the same day the order was placed.
Orders placed after 12noon, can be cancelled up until 12noon the following working day and will be refunded in full.
If you are issued a credit note you will have 6 months from the date of issue to redeem it.
Credit notes are not redeemable against sale or promotional goods.
Any purchase made in-store (Bournemouth or Salisbury store), please refer to your receipt for our store returns policy as the above does not apply. Alternatively you may call one of our stores to speak to a sales advisor.
