Christmas Returns Policy
All orders for Christmas must be placed before 19th December, for more info visit here.
Our returns and exchange policy has been extended for the Christmas period. We hope you love your purchases (and we are certain that you will!) but in the event they arrive not as unexpected, no need to worry!
For refunds all items must be returned by the 10th January 2013
For exchanges all items must be returned by the 15th January 2013
All returned items must be in a re-saleable, unworn and undamaged condition to be eligible for an exchange or refund, for more info please read further down.
Any items returned after this date or not in a resalable condition will be refused and returned.
Due to festive season being a busy period for us, we may not always be able offer an exchange on requested items, in the event of this happening you will be issued with a full refund immediately.

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have the right to return whole/part of your order within 7 working days from date of delivery for full credit or refund less any applicable delivery charges or 14 days for an exchange.
It is your responsibility to return any such items in a pristine saleable condition in their original box and packaging including the Returns/Exchange Form filled in completely and included with the item/s sent back.
You will be wholly responsible for the return of the goods and any associated costs of return.
Goods received back incomplete, damaged or in any condition other than saleable, will be returned to you and the cost of return carriage charged to your account.
You can exchange goods within 14 days from the date of delivery. It is your responsibility to return any such items in a pristine saleable condition in their original box and packaging including the Returns/Exchange Form filled in completely and included with the item/s sent back.
If you would like to exchange an item for the same product in another colour or size, we will send the item back out to you free of charge.
If however, the item being returned is for a different product entirely, our standard service postage will be used – Parcel Force Express 48 at the usual charge.
Please check whether the item you require for an exchange is in stock before sending back. If the item you would like to exchange for is out of stock/unavailable, if within 7 days from date of delivery, we will issue you a refund. If it is within 14 days from date of delivery, we will issue you a credit voucher/code.
Cancellation of Order
As Richmond Classics aim to dispatch order received before 12noon the same day, if you require cancelling your order, you can do so before 12noon on the same day the order was placed.
Orders placed after 12noon, can be cancelled up until 12noon the following working day and will be refunded in full.
If you are issued a credit note you will have 6 months from the date of issue to redeem it.
Credit notes are not redeemable against sale or promotional goods.
