The use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. The placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully and print a copy for future reference.

General

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions. All products listed on our website are 100% authentic.

Accuracy of Product Information

All product specifications, images and other information published on our website have either been made accessible by suppliers, manufacturers, publications, publicists, or been gathered from public-domain sources. Our intention is that all information on the website should be as accurate and up to date as possible. However, we cannot guarantee the reliability or the accuracy of the information contained within its pages. All the actions taken by the user of the website are the responsibility of the individual.

Payment and Price

The total price payable for the goods will be stipulated at the time when you place your order whether or not the order has been confirmed. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our suppliers’ prices, or the imposition of any taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the price published for the goods is wrong whether or not the order has been confirmed. We will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. As previously stated should the price change or be incorrect the contract is void and must be restarted by you the consumer. All prices shown on the website are inclusive of all taxes.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, taxes or duty changes, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your credit card has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the value of the incorrect price (including delivery charges).

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit and debit cards including American Express Visa / Visa Electron, MasterCard and Switch / Maestro and Paypal. When ordering you must provide us with your billing address and telephone number, which is the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your order will only be processed once authorisation of your credit card has been properly received.

Availability of Goods

All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods you have ordered for any reason, Richmond Classics will not charge you and will refund the full amount paid. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods. The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order apart from the following exceptions:
While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Product Guarantees

Guarantees and Warranties of each product are mentioned in the product description, if any. If any product should arise with your product, we recommend that you contact the manufacturer directly. This guarantee specifically excludes faults caused by accident, neglect, and misuse, in addition to routine maintenance. The responsibility and cost of shipping any item back to us lies with you, the customer. Should your product develop a fault within a first ten days of purchase you many return your goods for a full refund providing you return the unit in the same condition as supplied. This does not affect any statutory rights that you may have.

Returns, Exchanges, Cancellation of Orders and Credit Notes

Returned Goods - If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have the right to return whole/part of your order within 7 working days from date of delivery for full credit or refund less any applicable delivery charges or 14 days for an exchange. It is your responsibility to return any such items in a pristine saleable condition in their original box and packaging including the Returns/Exchange Form filled in completely and included with the item/s sent back. You will be wholly responsible for the return of the goods and any associated costs of return. Goods received back incomplete, damaged or in any condition other than saleable, will be returned to you and the cost of return carriage charged to your account.

Exchanged Goods – If you would like to exchange an item for the same product in another colour or size, Richmond Classics will send the item free of charge. If however, the item being returned is for a different product entirely, postage and packaging at £6.00 will be charged.

Cancellation of Order – As Richmond Classics aim to dispatch order received before 12noon the same day, if you require canceling your order, you can do so before 12noon on the same day the order was placed. Orders placed after 12noon, can be cancelled up until 12noon the following working day and will be refunded in full.

Credit Notes - If you are issued a credit note you will have 6 months from the date of issue to redeem it. Credit notes are not redeemable against sale or promotional goods.

Delivery

Standard UK Orders - Orders placed before 12noon Mon-Fri are processed and dispatched on the same day and shipped via Parcel Force Express 48, which guarantees delivery within 2 working days and all orders have a tracking number. Orders placed after 12 noon Mon-Fri are sent out the following working day via Parcel Force Express 48.

Orders placed Saturday & Sunday are processed and dispatched the next working day with Parcel Force Express 48.Next Day Delivery UK Orders Only – Orders placed before 12noon Mon-Fri are processed and dispatched on the same day and shipped via Parcel Force Express 24, which guarantees delivery the next working day have tracking numbers. Orders placed after 12 noon Mon-Fri are sent out the following working day via Parcel Force Express 48.

Orders placed Saturday & Sunday are processed and dispatched the next working day with Parcel Force Express 24.UK Orders over £150 receive Standard Free Shipping.International Orders – The majority of items on our website can be shipped internationally, where there is an exception, this is clearly advised on the product page next to its description. Orders placed before 12noon Mon-Fri are processed and dispatched on the same day and shipped via Parcel Force Global Priority which guarantees delivery within 2 working days. Orders placed before 12noon Mon-Fri are processed and dispatched on the next working day and also shipped via Parcel Force Global Priority which guarantees delivery within 2 working days.

Other

You will own the goods once we have received your payment in full. We will issue you with an electronic invoice once we have dispatched the goods to you. Failure by us to enforce any of these terms and conditions will not affect our right to enforce the rest of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice to you.
