Returns Policy

Christmas Returns

We have extended our returns policy for the holiday season, any purchase placed up until 24th December can be returned for an exchange or refund up until 7th January 2021.

Richmond Classics Returns Policy

Our returns policy is valid for 14 days from the date of delivery/collection.

You must inform us Richmond Classics of your intention to return the order within 14 days of the date of delivery either by directly returning the merchandise to Richmond Classics together with the completed returns form or contacting us of your intention to return the item as long as the item is dispatched to us within the 14-day time frame. 

Returns within the UK

You can return your order by posting it or dropping it back to our store  in person - 3 Westover Rd, Bournemouth BH1 1BY with a completed returns form.

All costs for returning orders is down to the customer. 

We advise you to use a tracked postal service as Richmond Classics will not be held accountable for lost returns in transit.

All order will remain the responsibility of the customer until delivered.

Returns outside the UK (Europe and International)

If you are returning your order from a country outside the UK, we recommend obtaining proof of postage when you return your item(s), the order is your responsibility until we received the returned items. The postage option is your choice, however, we strongly suggest using an insured and traceable shipping courier so that your return makes it to us safely and you get your refund.

Exchanges

For exchanges simply complete the enclosed returns form stating the size, colour or product you wish to exchange your purchase for and return to us. Your purchase must be sent back in the original Richmond Classics packaging with 14 days of delivery. Please follow the returns information above to ship your order back to us. Should the product you wish to exchange for is out of stock, we will contact you immediately either by phone or email to discuss how you would like to proceed.

Refunds

Richmond Classics will refund the purchase price of a product, providing that it is returned in its original condition and accompanied by the original invoice/returns label and all original Richmond Classics packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund is accepted or not. If accepted, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.

To complete your return simply follow the returns instructions above, ensuring you obtain proof of postage. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Gifts 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

 If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
